"Stranglehold" - Ted Nugent from Live Gonzo. I'm not really a Ted Nugent fan, but this is a track played live will make anybody pull out their air guitar.
Another one in the 70's vein - "Do you feel like we do?" from Frampton Comes Alive. Again, not a big Frampton fan, but this one is great.Rich

My favorite would probably be Dazed and Confused from the How the West Was Won album by Led Zeppelin (that whole set is pretty good).
I also love Pearl Jam's rendition of 25 minutes to go from the Benaroya Hall concert
And almost everything from Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison recording is grand.

Everybody Hurts - Rem live cd 2007, great performance.
One band I will truly miss, I was lucky to see them
