Linux finally gets a great audio tagger: puddletag - now packaged in most Linux distributions.

Does GENPUID still work? It always stalls after a few files... :-(

Worked fine for me this past weekend after ripping a few new CDs. In fact it finished the analysis much faster than it has at any time over the past several months. At those times it would go through each track at a reasonable speed, and then hang for a long time at the end of the batch of tracks (I often run genpuid album-by-album), but eventually finish.
