Just stumbled over "Acoustic Sunlight" by Beth Gibbons which was recorded live at a concert I attended.
I've got a few more of the kind so I'd think it would make for a nice thread![]()

I'd say: don't care as long as it's available

I've got a _really_ cool recording of a Paul Weller concert for which they did a really good radio recording back then and that used to be available for download from the radio station but is no more. No idea whether THAT would count...---

I was at the Shepherds Bush Empire for the gig that became the first Peter Green Splinter Group album.
And at the Marquee for one of the two gigs that were the late Geoff Mann's final shows with Twelfth Night which became the Live and Let Live album (a couple of university friends were roadying and credited on the sleeve).

I was at Bill Bruford's Underground Orchestra show at the Iridium in NYC which was released as a great live album. Especially glad I decided to attend now that Bill has retired from performing.

Two standout albums (and DVDs) of shows I was at are the Foo Fighters' Skin & Bones Live in Hollywood from their acoustic tour, and Joe Bonamassa's Live at the Royal Albert Hall.
