Also consider "zaTelnet" - works on both iPhone and iPad - and only 69p for full version. Some of the reviews are rather negative, but this won't impact on the very simple task we are asking it to do. I use it on both iPhone and iPad to ssh to two Touches - fix the IP addesses on the router and save the connections in zaTelnet - simple one click access :-)

I took my Touch apart to bypass the capacitors and when i put it back together the display was turned off in the toolbox. I had to turn it back on. Last night my power flashed off and on and this morning the display was turned off again. That is the only function that changes on its own. Is there anything i can do to to stop modification display from enabling itself?

Try tt -x to turn it off temporarily and then tt -d to turn it on permanently. Next reboot display should stay on until you type tt -x again.

    Toolkit Instructions

Sorry if this is off topic. Is there a way to get the instructions from the Soundcheck site. Maybe in a text or WORD file?

    Thanks!

Just copy and paste the text to a text or word document yourself , Mark it on the screen copy and paste.

    Question Xruns w/ TT 3.0-LAN + SBS 7.7.1

    Hi!

I have a SB Touch (firmware 7.7.1-r9558) with a NAS (SBS 7.7.1-r33735). I was using TT 3.0-WLAN but now I've connected it to my 10/100/1000 router, so I've moved to TT 3.0-LAN.

Since then I'm experiencing a crackling sound. I've followed your suggestions and changed buffers to the normal value (20000 us) but the problem remains. I've even disabled almost all the TT tweaks (display, ir, etc) and nothing solves the problem but a reset to fabric values.

Do you know of any incompatibility between TT 3.0-LAN and the last SBS? Do you know how to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

I changed all the priorities to default. This helped.

Have you (re)checked the Touch sound effects are turned off? They can cause this problem.
LMS 7.8 on VortexBox Midi, FLACs 16 or 24 bit. Touch on Ethernet (in another room), digital out to a Musical Fidelity M1 CLiC. Old wireless laptop running Linux Mint Debian controls server using Chromium. Squeezelite on Ubuntu & Windows desktops plus the laptop. Meridian Explorer USB DAC to listen directly to Vortexbox & other PCs as required. Spare Touch in loft!
