* Bug 17614 - Support for rescanning only a single folder, only perform a rescan when adding new folders
* Bug 17618 - fixed --disabled-password typo in ReadyNAS packager script
* Fixed web UI album list when "no artwork" style is selected
* Web UI support for a slideshow of images
* MOG support (plugin only, full service to be released on production MySB at a date TBD)

RC5 for Touch is revision 9549, which includes the RC5 server version.
Radio and Controller firmware are unchanged from RC4 (r9546).

Do you expect RC5 to be the final release candidate ? If so, do you have any information which date the release is planned to happen ?

Release is scheduled for the week of the 24th. I don't know whether this will be the last RC or not, depends on bugs found.

Is the plan to include everything targeted at 7.7.0 in bugzilla ? Or is none of the already registered bugs going to be included ? Only new more serious ones ?

To get stability of the scanner, I'd really like the following to be included:

I've no problem to reproduce it and it results in that you need to be very careful to use the system when scanning is in progress. Of course, as long as you don't touch the system while a full rescan is in progress it's not an issue.

It would be nice if the following could be included, because it opens up so much possibilities for third parties to improve Revue support, but I can understand if it's not a priority:

The rescan buttons starts a scan i the wrong directory rescan for pictures scans and discovers new music in my music directory ? stil in rc5

Still unassigned if this is a common issue it would be good if more people could confirm this issue.

I concur with Erland re bu 17609 it's s dB lock all to often .

My later sucessfull scans have been with silent players ans cleared playlists.

I wonder why the scan for changed always deletes 200-300 files is it related to bug http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17274

I fully removed LMS RC3 and installed LMS RC5.

For the scan I selected clear library and rescan everything.
The scanner gets stuck on the 66th item in my video directory.

The first thing it scans is the music folder and it found 690 tracks without issue.

The log file has no error. For the first 20 or 30 minutes it showed data then it was blank. I noticed in the log directory the log was there in scanner.log.1.gz. The log looked clean... or normal. Here are the last log lines I see.

The size of the video is 7.3GB. It already scanned much larger files in that directory.
