I'd do a couple of things. First thing I'd try is to remove power to your modem/router. Wait 60 seconds, then plug back in then let router fully start. Then on the radio, hold the power button down until it turns off, then press power button to turn radio back on. This probably won't solve the problem, but can't hurt.

next, I'd do a full factory reset of the Radio. When you then reboot the radio, it should ask you if you already have a mysqueezebox.com account or need to create one. Tell it you have one, then enter your current mysqueezebox.com email and password.
