    Change in internet service

I am considering changing my internet provider from Brighthouse to At&T U-verse, which would mean getting a new e-mail address as well. Considering how often there are issues with the logitech devices which rely on the wifi connection I was wondering if anyone had been down this road before? Is it a big deal when changing the e-mail address and internet provider to get the various squeeze boxes and booms around the house set up again. I hate to tamper with them when they are working.

Should be pretty simple. Just update your email on MySB.com, then delete players from MySB web UI. Next time your players log into MySB you should be offered to change your account. Then it is just as you did on the initial player setup.

Or, just don't update your MySB email info at all. The only real need for having a "current" email on MySB is if you should need to reset your password. Never lose your password and there is really no need to even update your MySB email.

Get yourself a Gmail account or similar and use that for mysb.com. Then it doesn't matter who your ISP is.

It's just a login name. I'm not sure it has to even work as an email address unless you need to reset your password. You shouldn't have to change anything on the players.

mysqueezebox.com no longer recognizes my radio

I moved 2 months ago and had to change ISPs. I entered the new email address in mysqueezbox.com account settings and my account no longer acknowledges the existence of my Squeezebox radio. The radio itself is working as long as I don't need to use any of the settings under the "Favorites" tab. the Account Settings page also says "Please note: if you change your account email address, you will be immediately logged out and required to reactivate your account." So, my question is how do I "fix" the problem so we can make use of both the Favorites page? We do miss having access to several sites listed on that page. Just logging back in under the new email address hasn't corrected the problem. Thanks.

have you done a factory reset of the Radio and then set up again with the new mysqueezebox.com email address and password? I assume you can login to mysqueezebox.com in a browser with the new email address/password. Correct?

I assume you are connecting the radio to mysqueezebox.com and not a local copy of LMS running on your computer? When you login to mysqueezebox.com on the web, do you see any players listed under the player tab, and if so, do they show as "connected" or "not connected"

I use only the mysqueezebox.com website as I never downloaded the LMS software and the player tab does not show any players. the tab says "Oops! You don't appear to have any players registered to this account." Do I need to try another factory reset and restart the process again? I originally did that a month and a half ago. Thanks.
