I'd be interested to know the company too. I've been into the benefits of modding equipment for years and it really is worth the effort if you know what you are doing. Loosing screws sounds like a lame excuse to me! I've had repeatedly good experience with one of the main UK modding companies and a couple of not so good experiences with another mostly over parts supplied.

It's a really shame because the right mods will raise the bar with the player.......I hope it works out for you
