The latest update has doubled some if my tracks.
My collection is flacs and my Wife's is mp3s. I removed her album covers on albums that I also own to show the difference. I also tagged the genres different to keep them seperate.
I'm pretty sure that when I used to go to artists it would show her albums separately withy no album art. Now her mp3s are ending up in my flac versions. Two of every track.
any suggestions to get it to list the albums separately again.

Either do a wipe and rescan or delete the squeezebox cache folder on the attached drive.
I just use the Tiny SBS with an attached 2TB USB drive and this has happened to me now and then. I share the attached drive and all I do is delete the cache folder, restart the squeezebox server on my Touch and after all the scanning is done, all is well again, one of each
Hope this helps...Joe Sica

The last time I cleared the cache on my USB drive I ended up with doubles of everything. If you have an external drive, make sure the Recycle bin is cleared as well. For some reason the scan sees the deleted stuff and includes it. Very annoying.
