I have now tried to pay using PayPal for these plug-ins and something else from another completely different site from the US, Japan and Singapore with the same result

- The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number
The cards are UK based - I will not be there until mid-July
Am I missing something about how to use PayPal?

I just signed up for a trial license. I am a long time user of SQL Playlist, etc. I used to be able to see 20-30 genres from which I could include or exclude in my queries to define playlists. What happened? Now I can only see two genres: classical and jazz. If those are the only genres I can design my playlists around, I don't want to have anything to do with this new commercial plug-in model. The interface seems to indicate that I am a licensed member for SQL Playlist useage. Thanks, Cherryplinth.

LMS 7.8 on VortexBox Midi, FLACs 16 or 24 bit. Touch on Ethernet (in another room), digital out to a Musical Fidelity M1 CLiC. Old wireless laptop running Linux Mint Debian controls server using Chromium. Squeezelite on Ubuntu & Windows desktops plus the laptop. Meridian Explorer USB DAC to listen directly to Vortexbox & other PCs as required. Spare Touch in loft!

Let's start from the beginning, describe exactly where you are looking, describe step by step what you click on to get where you only see the two genres. I want to be sure we are looking at the same place since it works in my own setup.
Also, probably obvious, but just to make sure, you are seeing all the genres in the standard "My Music/Genres" menu ?
Did you do any other change ? Like upgraded to a new SBS/LMS version or something similar that might have caused problems in your setup ?
If you see two genres it's not a licensing issue, then something else is wrong, if you don't had a license you wouldn't be able to see any playlists or genres at all.Erland Isaksson (My homepage)

I've been using the Custom Clock plugin for some time, and this week it's started giving me messages about the licence. I tend to avoid server and client updates while everything is working smoothly, although I did end up updating my Radio's firmware by accident (my server version is tied to SSODS support, and lags behind MSB.com; if the Radio tries connecting to MSB I end up with firmware prompts). I'm on the right firmware for my server, but it was updated. Would that have triggered the licensing messages? (The plugin version is v2.9.3516; the applet is 2.9.3727. "About" on the Radio tells me I have 7.5.0 r8673.)
Erland, thanks for your many plugins which you've obviously done a lot of work on. I fully support your decision to take this commercial step; while I'm a believer in free software, I also recognise that you need support to continue working on it. I can't justify the cost of paying for Custom Clock, but before I remove it I wanted to figure out why the licence messages are appearing only now, when (I now see) you introduced the behaviour several months ago.
Is it possible to downgrade to an older, perhaps unsupported, version of the plugin? (I realise the irony of asking for your input in doing this when my goal is to run a version that doesn't require support, thus minimising the impact I have on your time. Uhhh... sorry.)
Thanks and good luck with the commercial model; I hope it works for you. I can certainly imagine paying in future for some of the playlist- and scanning-related plugins, which I currently don't use.
Cheers,
Steve

Hi Erland, exactly what plugins would I need to enable the following:
Limiting one specific Genre to a single player on my network.
I have 5 SBs connected around the house but only one is connected to a DTS/AC3 receiver, hence I'd like to avoid the 5.1 DTS/AC3 albums appearing anywhere else.
Thanks.
