    The emails should be the same, thats your acount if you use multiple accounts even wierder things will happen.

    Ah, it is as you say.

    Everything works up to the point where I try to access 'My Apps' on the Touch. It says this touch is registered to a different account.

    It does mention the possibility of deleting a player from an account, so I will try that...

    And perhaps this is the crux of the problem:

    When I go to the 'My Players' page on mysqueezebox.com, while logged in with my original account that I used to set up the player, it says:

    "Oops! You don't appear to have any players registered to this account"

    I am sure that is a lie though (:

    the exact same email address is listed in the diagnostics section of the player

    You can mail logitech support and them for help you need to give them the MAC address of the player and tell them on wich account it should be .

    Either the original email address entered onto Touch is different than your login email or the Touch was registered before you received it. Used? Return?
    There were some rare instances where the Radio's MAC address was duplicated during production, which would show it as incorrectly registered. Only support can fix this.

    I resolved this on the phone with tech support.

    Apparently, somehow two accounts got created both registered to the *same* email address.

    One account the Touch was using, and the other was what I got logging in to www.mysqueezebox.com.

    No idea how this happened - they said maybe some kind of 'server hiccup' caused it.

    Regardless, they got rid of the extra account, and now everything is sunshine and rainbows (:

    @toby10: It was bought new, so wasn't someone else's old account. Just mine somehow duplicated...

    This worked for me, no further action required after did the "Switch to my Squeezebox" via Networking Menu.
    Arggh. Just for the record, things had been running smooth until I attempted to use a Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender. I did away with the extender, but afterwards suddenly I could not access mysqueezebox.com.
