Service stops randomly

I'm running 5.3.1 as a service under XT. The service seems to stop
randomly. No problem restarting it, but it's getting to be a pain. Anyone
know of a fix for this?

Also, why isn't there a search facility for these newsgroups? Organizing
them by month is pretty useless.

look in the event viewer for information on the crash/stop

I have the same stopping problem under OS X - just quits, maybe when memory
is running out? I know for mac folks safari still has a memory leak
even with the
recent patch but maybe the slim has a similar situation...
