I have now had the Duet for a couple of months and it's proved astonishing. I would quite like to add a Squeezebox Radio in the bedroom. Before I do so, could anyone tell me;
1) Does the Duet Controller operate the Radio as well as the Duet?
2) Does it synchronise with the music library (stored on my laptop)in the same way as the Duet?
3) Is there any way that I can get my laptop to 'wake up' once it's gone into power-save mode by using the controller - i.e. is there a setting where it detects activity and thus makes the squeezebox server available?
I apologise if these are somewhat basic questions, as always!

Most important, for Wake-on-LAN (WOL) to work, the computer being awakened must be connected to the network via wired ethernet, not wifi. This is a general limitation of WOL, and not specific to Squeezeboxes. Strictly speaking there is such a thing as Wireless WOL, but most computers don't have the requisite network card for that.
Other than that, the only settings required are for the user to activate WOL on the computer itself. This is usually done through the computer's BIOS setup program. When using the Controller, all you usually need to do is to try to navigate to the "My Music" section and the Controller will send the wake-up packet to the computer it was last connected to.

Thanks for these replies - and apologies for the lateness in my doing so. That's made things a lot clearer.
