7.6 Scanner - artists without albums

I have several artists appearing within Browse Artists that I was not expecting.

In one particular case, I see artists: "Banco De Gaia" and "Banco de Gaia".

Ah, I thought, this will be because I have an incorrect tag and need to standardise my artist tag - no problem, I'll do that.

However, when I clicked on "Banco de Gaia" to find the album/song with the bad tag value, I got a blank page.

On further investigation, it seems I have a song by "Banco de Gaia" that doesn't have an album tag (i.e. a single). It appears that this causes the artist to be displayed, even though there's no albums for that artist, and as "No Album" is not being displayed, the artist's page is blank.

There used to be some DB tidy-up phases that don't seem to be run any more. Is there a scan step that is accidentally not running that is still needed?

[Ignore the fact that discovery/scanning phases are overwritten, once per shortcut, and scan time are therefore incorrect too]

Is there meant to be anything after Pre-caching Artwork, to remove artists that don't need to be in the list, create "No Album", etc?
