Is anyone else having problems with the official Spotify App on the Squeezebox Touch.
The problems I have experienced so far are:
1. Tracks continually 'rebuffering' so playback is not possible. This is an intermittent problem. Other times the tracks stream perfectly.
2. When you select a track in a playlist a different track plays from the playlist. This problem always occurs in long playlists and it seems to happen with the tracks listed further down the list.
3. The shuffle function won't work on some of my playlists. Again this appears to be on longer playlists. It will only play tracks in the order of the playlist.
My Touch is wired to the router and I have no problems with any other apps or internet radio streaming.

Does nobody use the official Spotify App through MySqueezebox?
Would be interested to hear if anyone has it working without the problems I'm experiencing above!

I've had exactly the same problem. I use spotify premium & have one playlist that is about 500 tracks.
The only way to get round it is to play the first track on the playlist, touch the top bar and then select the list option icon in the top right. you lose the album art etc, but at least you can play the track you require at any part of the playlist, rather than selecting a track and it playing something completely different.
Logitech support are aware of the problem, but the thread on their site has been open for weeks and no useful solution, other than the general reset to factory settings etc. which is useless.

I also have a Spotify account and I have 2 SB touches. One of them is wired to the router. It worked flawlessly for a couple of weeks, but now I have problems on both of them.
Often with Spotify:
- "connection timed out: transport endpoint is not connected"
- Often now playing doesn't show the song which is playing.
- After selecting an album with spotify the current playlist is empty.
Is is not clear to me if my squeezebox server is involved when playing Spotify, does anybody has an idea about this.
I heardt the official Spotify app is developed by Spotify. If it isn'ty going to be more reliable I will cancel my subscription.Last edited by prutser; 2011-07-17 at 03:32.

Wierd error messages
Hi !
Had used the Squeezbox for 2 month now and it had worked, but now I've got strange error messages, such as:
* 502 Bad Gateway
* 500 Server Closed ....
BUT SOME OF THE PLAYLISTS works,
All the playlists that are "green" eg. locally stored works.
My family´s computers, Iphone works on the same Wlan.
Any Ideas
