Ever since the upgrade to Squeezebox Server 7.5.x, it has kept a small constant load on the machine it's running on. (A Debian Squeeze machine.) Top shows a load of 2% or so. Looking through the logs, server.log is full of these errors:
[11-06-05 13:28:30.9748] Slim::Utils::Misc::msg (1165) Warning: [13:28:30.9742] EV: error in callback (ignoring): Can't call method "display" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Slim/Display/Lib/TextVFD.pm line 157.
[11-06-05 13:28:31.0255] Slim::Utils::Misc::msg (1165) Warning: [13:28:31.0249] EV: error in callback (ignoring): Can't call method "display" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Slim/Display/Lib/TextVFD.pm line 157.
The current server.log is 109M and full of these.
I have an original Squeezebox (with the text-only display.) I'm guessing the issue is related to the fact that I have it on the switched power on my preamp so the hardware is physically powered down when it's not playing.
