    Update -

A friend of mine that I had contacted showed up at my house this afternoon with his NETGEAR WNDR3300 - RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Router, that he had been using as an Access Point in his home with quite a few wireless devices. He is far more knowledgeable than I am with networks.

He hooked up the new router as an Access Point and promptly connected his laptop to it. I also connected my Laptop to it. The SBtouch could not connect to it.

He told there is a problem with the SBT connecting to an Access Point. I could not disagree, 2 Different Routers, 3 Laptops functioning perfectly. The only common element is the SBTouch.

I thought you said the Touch _was_ connecting to the AP that you had set up, but it just wasn't able to connect to the SB Server (which is expected if it's on a different subnet)?

You also said you did a factory reset of the Touch. You would know for certain whether or not it was able to connect to the AP when you entered the wifi password. And when you got to the point in the setup where you entered your mysqueezebox.com account's email address, you'd know for certain whether or not it could contact the internet.

Or the common element of a router and an access point using two different subnets.

When you connect all of these laptops to both AP's (yours and your friends):
    - can you access the SBS remote web UI of the SBS server running on the other DHCP router?
    - what IP is being given to to these laptops?
    - what IP is being given to your SBS server?
    - do these laptops have internet access on this AP?
    - have you verified (maybe ask your friend) if your AP might be using a guest network?

When Touch uses the AP can your Touch connect to www.MySqueezeBox.com and play a station? Touch > Internet Radio

I have changed so many settings, so many times, that the results I am getting have changed also. I now just get "Can't Connect".

I have set my access point back to the way it was, so that I can use it for my laptop. I am just going to wait until I get the Access Point Device in the mail. I am doubtful that will work either.

OK - PROBLEM SOLVED !!!!! --- It was the SBTouch's problem!

On a whim, I decided to try my other SBTouch that is on my downstairs system. I connected to the my Access Point just fine and can also see all of my Music on my System. Everything was fine with the Network all along!

Now I have to determine whether I have a hardware problem on my upstairs SBT or a software problem!

PROBLEM CORRECTED !!! - Everything is Up, Running and Working....

I decided to download the latest software on my Touch, even though it said I had the latest release. After this, I reset the Touch to the Factory Settings. I then tried to connect to my Access Point and TA DA! - It worked! There must have been some Corruption in the software that I had, or it had saved some previous settings. All software has bugs. I spent 30 years writing code.

    98% wireless signal. ---

There was no need for that. We were going to send the corporate jet out for you.
