Hello to all:
Although I know this topic has been addressed numerous times, I feel compelled to describe a current problem that I have not encountered before.
In the past, rebooting the SBR or performing a hard reset resulted in the art work feature working once again. For the past two days, however, only the radio tower is showing on all stations. I have performed the above mentioned resets but with no positive results. I am not running a server. The latest software update was performed one month ago. My WiFi signal is strong.
Do you have any suggestions as to how I can solve the problem?
Enjoy the day, all.

I gave up on mySB.com and now use my own server. I'm not sure what causes the issue, or why it doesn't happen on all streams, but it seemed to happen on most of the ones I like. Logitech doesn't seem to be in a hurry to fix it which added to my motivation.
I'm not sure why rebooting the radio helped. In my case it was pretty consistent.

Thanks for responding, Steve. The problem described has been intermittent over the past year. For an unknown reason, rebooting the radio always brought back the artwork. Over the past two days, that has not been the case. Although I remain pleased that I can listen to my presets and other stations, I am annoyed that I cannot note which program is being broadcast, although I am familiar enough with the show times, and am presented with a black and white radio tower versus making full use of the color LCD. However, in the grand scheme of things, the issue is minor.
Again, thanks for replying.

Did you try re-installing the firmware? Sometimes that seems to resove "weird" problems...

Lost Artwork
I have the same problem, tried going back to previous firmware version, tried reinstalling current version, and tried resetting radio to factory defaults.
Nothing worked. I do get artwork when running server. Don't want to have computer running all the time get around a Logitech bug. Listed this as a problem on Logitech site, although I don't think it will be addressed soon.
Support for this product really SUCKS.

Try this: when in tower, go to "+" button then "play".

Thanks to all for replying.
I downloaded and installed the software once more. I also rebooted my modem and router. In addition, I tried what isr2002 recommended but the "Now Playing" screen continues to only show the radio tower. This is true regardless of whether I am playing a preset or other station.
When pushing the "+" button and then "Play," I can go to the Radiotime menu and see the stations information, including icons for what is currently playing, but going back to the main screen only shows the radio tower icon.
As noted, all was well until Saturday. Since then, I have constantly experienced the aforementioned problem. Ah well.

Well, I am more perturbed about this issue than once thought. I have tried every possible fix that I can think of but to no avail. Although obviously the refusal of the radio to show artwork does not affect the reception of stations, but the LCD is now, basically, a waste other than the clock. I feel cheated, somehow, out of a once fully functioning product. If I had done something to break the radio, I would accept the folly, but to have it suddenly stop showing artwork on every station that I have tried is frustrating.
I begin to wonder if it is a Radiotime issue. If so, would re-installing the program be a possible solution? Hmm, I now long for the days when the artwork would not automatically update, but at least it showed its face. I could also accept the problem if a software update caused the issue, but the latest software worked fine for a month or so, perhaps longer.
Before I leave this topic alone, does anyone have other suggestions?

Mine station artwork stopped working around new year's day. I also noticed prior to New Year's, I was connecting to the US west coast, but now, I'm connecting to the US east coast. Don't know if this has anything to do with the loss of station art.
Right now, mysb.com is down on my radio (blue ant.)
