Had a problem a few months ago with a boom where the display went blank on me... thought it had died but after fiddling about with resets etc it came back to life and was fine for about a month.... my wi-fi needed resetting a few nights ago and once again I have a blank screen - my other booms and radio are fine. I'm loathe to ditch it as I get the feeling that it's not the display that has failed - I've tried resetting with power on and plus - can anyone advise how to get at the internal wifi card as its been suggested to me that this may have worked loose - or any other suggestions welcome!

Is it just as dead when you try the setup ( firmware ) menu, holding left arrow for a while.
Just to exclude weird display settings on mysb.com or your local server :-/
Maybe the white paper has some usefull pictures ? There is a pic where you see the wifi I think .

dead boom...
Sad to say yes... I assume that the setup reset would reset everything including any mysb.com? Thanks for the link - I'm still not sure what the wi-fi card looks like but I don't suppose its too hard to work out and I remember from past posts that I'm pretty sure its a plugin type that can work loose - if anyone else has knowledge of this would be grateful.
