Why can't I save radio stations to favorites??

Example...I want to save WDET HD2 to my favorites on the Squeezebox. I search for it, hold down on it when I find it, and get the menu letting me add it to my favorites.

But it's not on the My Favorites list when I go back into that! AND I've successfully added 2 other stations!

As much as I LOVE this device, the documentation and some of the how-to-do whatever directions are LACKING.

So what am I doing wrong? Or am I missing something?

Any chance you are switching between servers when you are saving to Favorites?
Saving a Favorite while the player is connected to SBS on your computer will not be shown as a Favorite if you connect your player to MySB.com online.

    That could be it.

So if I save a favorite on the SB, I need to be DISCONNECTED from mysb.com on my PC?

You have two favorite lists one on the local server and one on mysqueezebox.com .

However depending on squeezeboxserver version you could have a favorite on your local server named "On mysqueezebox.com" this is a link to your mysqueezebox favorite list , this also means that the integration between local server and mysqueezebox.com must be on and the log in details given to the server in the settings, this will also give you all the apps and services via the local server too, so you only have to switch server if you turn of the PC .

No, when your player is connected to SBS on your PC then SBS uses MySB in the background, which is why you have access to Favorites saved on MySB when your player is actually connected to SBS. But it doesn't work the other way, player on MySB cannot see Favorites on SBS.
