I've made a small Google Chrome MySqueezebox.com Extension which loads the Remote in a Popup-Window inside of Chrome.
Google Chrome Extensions -> Search "Squeezebox" or http://chrome.google.com/extensions/...ehcofplfmocpjm
1.) Install Extension
2.) Login at mysqueezebox.com.
3.) Click on the "Play" Icon in your Chrome toolbar to control your squeezebox.

tried, but did not work here
Hello, I tried both Google-chrome and chromium browsers. The extension installs, but does not function. I login to mysqueezebox.com, and I can see my apps from the new extension, but it does not seem to interact with my squeezebox or any other player.

Worked for me... the only thing I didn't like was that it kept reloading to the first player in the drop-down list, rather than staying on the last player I used, every time I pulled it up.

Squeeze soft Chrome exention and/ or Android
It would be great if I could turn any Chrome browser or Android device into a player, not just a controller. Anyone working on this?

There already is an Android player. See http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=87364
