When listening to one of my favorite stations, Radio Paradise, I very often get the following error on the display:
403 max listeners reached
I still get the album cover picture, but no sound. After several retry I sometimes get the stream, but not always. It also happens with other stations some time.
Any hints what to do? Thanks

I had the same 403 issue with Radio Paradise this past December and asked them about it. Below is my question, and RP's response, from that date...
Q: I setup the 192kb Radio Paradise stream on my Logitech SqueezeBox server a few weeks ago and it worked great. Unfortunately for the last week or so I haven’t been able to connect at all. Due to my worries about hacking, etc., I don’t use the Octoshape stream, but rather the 192Kb MP3 stream. Is the 192Kb MP3 stream down, or does it only allow a small number of connections, etc.? Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
A: At this point, the number of connections at 192k is very limited. Your Squeezebox should play our 128k AAC link, which sounds (IMHO) even better than 192k MP3. Octoshape won't work with the Squeezebox, but you can use it on your computer without any hacking worries. It doesn't create any vulnerabilities.Last edited by eganders; 2010-10-31 at 10:11.
