I have two SB3's, with firmware 130. Three times in the past week the alarms have totally malfunctioned. The sound I normally choose (Natural Sounds/Rooster) doesn't play; instead only the news ticker appears. When I go to the alarm settings, then the Sound menu, I see only two choices:
1) Favorites
2) Use current playlist
Gone are all the other choices, including Natural Sounds submenu. Disappeared!
Also disappeared: Where is the bug report online form? I can't find it. I hope one of the Squeezebox engineers will see this forum post and fix this. My wife and I depend on this alarm! If anyone can point me to the URL, I will be grateful.
(And, no, I can't do a workaround by adding Rooster to Favorites; my technologically-challenged wife, who uses the SB in her office, will inevitably end up selecting the Rooster to play all day long for her clients)

Yes, it's available on the web interface, but still doesn't work. I used the web interface to set my alarm to the Natural Sounds/Rooster, and this morning when the alarm went on, again no sound: just a bunch of flashing text before it settled on the news ticker. The VU meter indicated sound was playing, but I heard nothing (yes, my amplifier is on!)
In other words, the web interface has no effect.
