Remove old music from server list

Looking for any help,

I needed to move some mp3 files around. After removing them from itunes and then adding them back to itunesfrom their new location the titles are showing twice in my squeezebox music. Without rescanning the entire library (lots of music) is there any way to delete just the several duplicates.

I believe there is a setting for the re scan to only scan for newly updated songs so it won't take as long

Marvt74 - thanks for the response. You are correct about the setting but unfortunately that did not work.

I think you'll have to re-scan everything.
