I see that MT-Newswatcher and plaintext attachments to news articles is
an evil combination. Who knew?
Try the attached patch; sending using different software which will
hopefully not try anything clever.

Re: more iTunes patching
thanks,
I'm testing it out now, but I have a couple notes:
1. Changing the names of prefs/settings does require a matching change in the
strings.txt file. I've made the changes for myself, but its worth being aware
of it if you go changing others.
2. The itunes_library_xml_path is going to be an issue. If the settings are to
be re-organised so that iTunes has its own page, this setting will not be
accessible unless iTunes is already enabled. I can see this being used after
initially pointing the audiodir to the right place. Some users (like myself) do
switch back and forth and wouldn't mind having it set elsewhere to use a
different location and no longer be required to copy the xml file.
3. I'm getting no output from d_iTunes and its not finding the library. I'll
have to look into that.

looks like it needed
'itunes_library_autolocate' => 1
in Prefs.pm so that a clean install has a chance to find the xml file initially.
Once enabled, users can then put in direct settings to speed things up a bit or
customise the setup to the way they like.
seems to work very well now.

Re:
This looks good. One note: please don't rename existing preferences
since this causes existing users to lose that setting. If it's really
important, then provide the code to upgrade the old setting to the new
one.
Kevin: Can you merge this one in with your other iTunes settings
change and commit?
Thanks,
dean

sure. Give me some time to finish off adding the new prefs to the settings
hash, and I'll shove it all in there. I should be able to deal with it before
tomorrow's build is made.
