Hi!
I've two Squeezebox Boom, one Squeezebox V3 and a Squeeze Radio. All of them do not work anymore through WLAN. They only reboot every 5s. Also a factory reset does not work as they reboot also while trying to setup the WLAN. They are working fine with ethernet cable. Only the Radio is still working.
I've no idea why this happens on all of them except the radio.

Everything probably lost IP addresses, etc. Try this:
turn off router/modem
turn off computer
unplug all SB players.
next, turn on router/modem, let fully start
then turn on computer and let fully boot, including SqueezeboxServer fully starting
then plug in your SB players

i'm sorry but this is at least not the problem. I've already double checked such simple things.
While trying to setup the WLAN the boxes do readomly reboot then everything stucks at language selection and i've to reset again.

have you tried changing the channel for WIFI. maybe a neighbor has a new router and interferes with your channel. Use netstumbler or Vistumbler to see what channels nearby WIFI users are on. Set your channel as far from those as possible.

The odds that all your SB players decided to break at exactly the same time is essentially ZERO. Something has gone wrong with your LAN (router, router settings, etc.). You say you have a new Access Point. Make sure you don't have two different DHCP devices trying to assign IP addresses. For example, in my setup, I have a WIFI Router (and it assigns IP addresses to wireless devices). I've also set up a 2nd WIFI access point in another part of the house, but the 2nd AP does NOT assign addresses (DHCP is set to off).
My money is on some sort of LAN/Router problem rather than your SB players. Edit: you might also post other details. What version of SbS are you using? What computer are you running it on (windows xp, 7, Mac, linux). What sort of internet connections. What sort of router. How many AP's, etc.

I'd also suggest making sure your WiFi name (SSID) is unique, not Linksys.
Also try temporarily disabling all security features on the WiFi router, getting back to basics for initial player connection and troubleshooting.

i meant i've replaced the old one with a new one as i also cannot imagine that all devices got broken at the same time.
But please keep in mind that the setup on all boxes also crash i i'm trying to select my WLAN or enter the WLAN key. It hangs and simply reboots. Often it does not even show a single WLAN to select.

Yes, everything is crashing because they are not able to connect to the LAN in order to complete the setup.
make sure you follow Toby's advice. Make sure your router is set to broadcast your SSID name (and that the name is unique). Also, turn off ALL WIFI security at the router for now, until you get everything working again).

WIFI Name is broadcasted. I've to do a factory reset about 10 times until i've luck that the squeezebox does show any WLAN name at all. And here are 5 WLANs in the building.
Also WIFI on Notebook and Iphone are working fine.
