Can not connect to SqueezeRadio

Hi,

I just received my new Squeezebox Radio device, but am having no luck with it. First I tried connecting it wirelessly, which didn't work and now I have it plugged into the router directly, which at least allowed me to test the radio stations.

I have downloaded and installed SBS 7.5.1 on OSX Leopard. The server is running, my itunes library seems to have scanned correctly, but my device is not found. On the other end, the radio keeps telling me to download the server software and to make sure it's running. I have switched off the radio, unplugged it, restarted the server a couple of times - nothing worked.

What can I do? Thanks!

With the server running, from the Radio try selecting the My Music menu item, it should offer to connect you to your server.

I'd suggest posting more details about your exact network setup (hardware, layout, what is wired or wireless, etc...) to better diagnose such issues.
