I bought a new laptop with Windows 7 premium 64 bits, with all the latest updates from windows.

    Squeezebox Server
    port 3483 failed
    port 9000 failed
    port 9090 failed

    mysqueezebox,com
    port 3483 failed
    port 9000 failed
and I've got a error message when I tried to stop the squeezebox server.
I've tried version 7.5.4 up to 7.6.2. with the same result.

The only way I found to resolve the problem was to re-install the squeezebox server. I think the problem occurs when the service starts and fails to start properly. And up to this day I must re-install the application every day or two.

Beginning to regret my old laptop with Windows XP home and sorry for my english.
I suspect that SbS is starting before the internet connection is established. Do you have SbS automatically starting on boot? If so, try to change it to a manual start, then wait until win7 is fully started and you are connected to the internet before you start SbS.

Simply stopping then restarting SBS should resolve this. No need to actually reinstall the entire SBS server program.
Even though it went fine at first I would not discount anti virus or firewall issues either.
