Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)

The spotify plugin suddenly was gone in my menu, checked the plugin page on server and there it´s listet as update available. Checked off enable and pressed apply, bud after pressing restart now the plugin page just refreshes without actually updating/adding the spotify plugin again.
Tried resetting all preferences/caches, no luck. Upgraded to LMS 7.7.3, no luck. Downgraded to 7.7.2 with new reset, still no luck.
Also tried a complete uninstall of LMS, did not seem to help a bit.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Squeezebox sees useless without this plugin

Same here. This issue only happened because I need to reinstall the the Triode plugin every-time the computer is logged off or automatically re-starts. This time I tried to re-install it and the above happened. With the original problem, everything can be seen to be OK on the controller but the connection continually times out. Re-installing the plugin fixes it but only until the next log-off. Any ideas anyone? Hope you fix it Triode and thanks, as has been said brilliant having spotify on the Duet.

I think you are the only person experiencing this - there must be something special about your set up. What does the helper app log say when you restart it?

If I click on home>spotify>recent searches>pick an artist I have searched for before, and then pick an album, the web interface nearly always randomly jumps to an album by another artist also in the recent searches list.

I can't reproduce - Can you describe in more detail? Suggest you turn on plugin.spotify debugging and post what the server log says when you navigate through the menus during the problem case.
