Hi,
I trying to get my Linux SBS version 7.6.0 to stream podcasts which are not mp3s like tiestos club life podcast. They are identified as mp4 internetradio (filetype m4a).
When the player starts to stream it stop instantly and nothing to see in the log.
I've tried changing the values in custom-convert.conf, but no luck.
Any help ?

A litte add on:
Mp3 Streaming works fine.
Playing m4a (aac) file from local drive works fine.
So if i download the m4a podcast and play the file locally, it works fine.

Okay, solved this myself by adding unknown content types to types.conf (audio/mp4 and m4a) to filetype mp4.
And after that, add two custom converters, one for mov to mp3 and one for mp4 to mp3.
Will prehaps try flac tomorrow.
I'm using vlc to decode m4a (aac) to wav, and lame to encode it.
The streams are ofcause non-seekable.

Hi:
I've been banging my head on this for a while. What exactly do you add to types.conf and to converters.conf?
Thanks!
