Figured out the problem. I needed to enter in the exact IP address for
my Squeezebox Server from Settings... Information (rather than the IP
address that shows up in my Browser URL).
Now it's working... BEAUTIFUL!! Totally eliminates my complaint about
not being able to read the Touch display from my listening position 14
ft away! Fantastic job!

Perhaps I spoke too soon! Running into some glitches now... firstly, the album art and song title did not change with Pandora streams (though it DID for my local FLAC streams). Secondly, I haven't been able to "reconnect" to Squeezebox Server since I shut the app down after initial use (IP address unchanged). No time to investigate further tonight. Anybody else running into issues?

Try restarting the phone. That seems to fix random glitches. And of course, make sure wifi is on and connected.

Heavy or prolonged use of the pre does seem to cause random glitches to the phone in general and not just my app. The pre I'm using is just for development (I waiting for the GSM version in the US before I get one for regular use), so it's not that heavily used, but even so it seems to randomly lock up and reboot for no reason.

Thank for your purchase.
If you're using it with a Squeezebox Server, be sure to enter your MySqueezebox.com info into your server's settings for Pandora to work.

Licensing
Hello,
I have read though this thread and am interested in the Control App. I have a couple general questions about the licensing and App download for WebOS.. Since I have never paid for an app in the App Catalog I have never understood how the licensing works.
I have a Palm Pre and the Squeezebox Duet.
If I purchase the app and then for whatever reason I get a new/replacement WebOS device do I own a license to download it again for no cost? Is there a way to "save" it to disk for reinstall?
AngryGoat, do you plan to develop an Android version? and if so will the license for this transfer to the Android if I were to replace my WebOS phone with an Android model?
Thanks
Bryan
