It's fully operational and freely available, if that's what you mean. It's the same thing that I and others recommended in the other thread in which you were asking about weather plugins and applets.

I have SDT working on my Touch. You need to manually install the plugin (and edit a few files). To display SDT's info you need the Custom Clock plugin. There is a screen that captures the info from the SDT plugin. There is a thread on this forum somewhere that discusses this.

It works for me, using the Custom Clock plugin.
2-SB3s, 1-Duet, 1-Touch...and an iPeng convert.
