How does controller connect to SBS? (diagnosing "problem connecting")

Hi

How does the controller connect to a SBS? I've looked in the wiki but can't find anything describing the process.

As reported in http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?p=535780, my controller is showing "Problem connecting" to SBS (it's on 7.5.0 r8673 with SBS 7.5.0).
From testing it seems that ip connectivity is fine and I've verified this from SSHing to the controller and doing some checks using http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.ph...zeOSNetworking.

Currenty the controller seems to have lost the SBS location since going to My Music prompts me to download SBS.

So what next? I'd prefer to capture some diagnostic info before I reset it ... (I'm happy to take packet traces too)
