    How to reboot the Touch?

    After installing a plug-in,
How can i reboot the Touch, without unplugging the AC.
I don't mean the factory reset.

On the Radio i can hold the power button, but can't find
    a way on the Touch.

    And a bunch off Harmony's.

Short push of the reset button on the back just above the power socket.

    A slightly more nerdy approach.

ssh to it and use "reboot" command

Does the reset button reboot or reset to factory setting? Typically that button is for resetting the device, not rebooting.

Very good, must be wonderfull for support, they don't have to guide clients trough the menu system to find factory reset.

Or if really messed up you cant use the menu's some good thinking went into this device.

I think it's a little bit longer - more like 15 or more seconds. To perform a factory reset hold the button until you see the Logitech logo come up. You should then see a screen that says something like 'factory settings restored' and then it will reboot. A simple reboot requires just a press of the button.
