Apologies if this has been asked and answered, but I did not come up with anything when I searched.
I'm a brand new Boom owner and don't have any other internet radio products (yet).
When I tried to connect the Boom to my home stereo system the sound was very low from my speakers. I had to turn them up at least half again more than I would usually have them set for the radio, CD, etc. I used a cable with a headphone-type jack on the back of the Boom and a two-part, red/white input into the back of my receiver into the AUX input.
I've got the Boom set up for "Headphones" in the menu.
What am I missing? Or is it's output just not enough to match the typical inputs into my stereo?
Thanks.
