Which is most of my music. I upgraded to 7.5 & am using a Mac with the latest version of 10.5
Ive cleared my library and reimported and even upgraded to the latest build. The tracks show up but just sit at zero with no play.
I have an SB3, Touch should be here in a few days.
Any help?
Thanks.
Mike

Try out Whitebear. The middleware that joins the two worlds of:
1. UPnP/DLNA media clients and media players, and,
2. Squeezebox Server and Squeeze Players
Download it for free here: http://www.whitebear.ch/mediaserver

See this item - the developers changed it for 7.5 and unfortunately QA seemed to miss the problem!

That thread/post isn't applicable here: you're on Mac, and SBS on Mac doesn't use faad.exe (I think I'm right in saying) as Mac doesn't speak .exe.
Try uninstalling and deleting everything to do with SBS, preferences, logs, and SBS files in your Playlist folder (if you use one) and reinstall. That always used to fix alac probs on windows!Win7 > iTunes 10.5 > SBS 7.5.4 > iPeng > Squeezebox 3 / Boom / iPhone > ears

Of course Macs do not use .exe but still faad et al are used.
Your best bet would be to use the latest 7.4.x build as alac support has not improved with 7.5.x.Last edited by copperstate; 2010-04-09 at 14:49.
