I've been using both since XP Pro and never had to change anything in AVG.
Is it possible your SBS IS infected?

Had this as well yesterday..
Reinstalled Squeeze --> same problem.
Removed and installed Microsoft Security Essentials.
So far so good

According to this thread AVG has responded that this was a false positive, and updated their virus definitions now.
