Custon Clock

Does anyone have any information for the Custom Clock Plugin.
I find it very good but need some information about the syntax of all the items.
I am trying to replace the default Now Playing Screen with one of my own.
On the default now playing screen there is a scrolling bar between the track time and time remaining, is it possible to use this in Custom Clock. Also any information on the location of the icons for battery remaining?
