Squeezebox Controller

Hello:

I have purchased a Squeezebox Contoller to use with my Squeezebox3. With my computer turned on & SqueezeCenter running, everything works great. When I try to connect to SqueezeNetwork, I get a PIN & then the message "UUID/MAC mismatch". I used to be able to connect to SqueezeNetwork with my computer off, now can't connect at all. Also, the controller doesn't show up on my account. Can anyone help???

For that error it's best to contact tech support. I've found the service by telephone to be better than email, but either has been satisfactory in my experience. I once had a different UUID problem with my SBC and it needed to be replaced, which Logitech did promptly.
