    Weird problem with controller?

    G'day,
Back again; been a while though!
If i leave the controller on the charging cradle all works fine, always.
If I take the controller off the cradle, within an hour the controller cannot find my music... it shows at first a strong signal received, but still cannot find the music, then after a while on the controller, it shows a blue signal indicator. At any time during this process i can play my music, alter volume etc via the web control. It also tells me to install Slimsever.
The router shows the controller as connected the whole time.
The only way the controller will reconnect is if I shut it down, reboot the router, then power up the controller again.
Latest firm ware etc in use
Please help, it's driving me crazy? (Crazier!)
