    I am not sure how crossposting the same message in several threads is going to help but yeah, down here in the UK as well.
    Maybe the outage is linked to the SB Touch release as announced in a different thread here?
    It would be good to see an official statement, I agree, but to be honest I'd prefer them actually working on the issue even more, which I trust they are doing as I am typing this.

    mysqueezebox.com is down ?

    Could you please be a bit more specific? I've successfully connected two booms and a radio to mysb.com, and logged in to the web site. One Boom is playing "Don't give up" (yep!) while the radio is pulling the firmware update.

    How do your players fail? Any error message? Stuttering? Complete connection failure?

    Oh, and now that Radio has successfully updated, first song is throwing me a "I'm the god of hell fire" in the face... It's definitely working.

    Reporting back with a SB Radio in the UK here, connected and updated with no problem now.

    You are right !

    As I do like to have information when an outage occurs. Because this devices are sold not given. Giving information is a little respect for the customers. And if Logitech wants to keep its cutomers...

    The message is :

    Radio : "impossible de se connecter à mysqueezebox.com"

    Wifi is OK.

    Oops,forgot the error message, it was "Unable to connect to Mysqueezebox.com" on my Classic as well but since I was on my way to work I couldn't really investigate further.
    The Radio here is still playing.

    Mysb.com

    couldn't connect via Duet Controller this morning,so used the Transporter's own remote and et Voila!.
    Controller is on 7.5 and Transporter is via 7.4.2 on server upstairs......

    Connection to MySB.com has been erratic (to say the least) here in Sweden during the Easter and continuing. My SBS log has loads of "Unable to get players from SN, will retry in x seconds", "timed out waiting", and "lost connection" and the sort. My Duet controller shows blue icon on and off, particularly in the evenings (UTC+1), and turning off the system has lately become a dreaded chore...

    Now that I've learned how to stream Spotify without involving SBS thing's have gotten slightly better. The controller still has problem on and off, though.

    EDIT: Connection to MySB.com is erratic right now (21:54, Sweden). My Duet controller is trying to connect but cannot, and the scrolling "mysqueezebox.com Favorites" title on my Favorites screen is doing the "jitter-bug". Turning my player off will again be a tedious chore... *sigh*
