I have also problems here in Germany with my SB-Radio, the connection is lost.
The last days the connection went off and on, off and on, off and
on and so on... that's very sad.
mysqueezebox.com works on my browser so it's no problem with my internet at all.
Neither on wireless or ethernet, my SB radion get's no connection to
squeezebox.com.

Can someone from logitech tell us what the **** is happening. You guys have some expensive device but its not working half of the time because of the s****y thing called "mysqueezebox.com".
Update your firmware so you are not forced to use "mysqueezebox.com"!!!!

Not being briefed by someone from Logitech is the most frustrating part of the issue. Knowing what's going on is better than endless efforts to get that frickin' radio to play a tune.
It's like the railroad system: you wait for a train, the time tables are blank and the tannoy is silent.

Have you contacted the Logitech support ?
Remember that this is just a community forum hosted by Logitech where Logitech personnel sometimes read and post.
If you want a response, contact the official support:

I'm sure they are working on the problem, so it will hopefully be solved soon.Erland Isaksson (My homepage)

You have more exact info what to look for? All I find is discount ads and "touch now shipping" and the like...
EDIT: And BTW... Twitter... why are they not on this forum?

mysqueezebox.com in UK
For me it's back up since last night after a week of major issues (since the upgrade). Sent two inquiries to logitech support, no response. And it's still not great - box looses connection (blue light) on average every two songs for a few seconds. Rather annoying.
Anyway, Logitech (reading this anyone?) needs to figure out their communication policy. A hidden twitter post updated once a week is just not good enough. Not to speak of software testing BEFORE an upgrade.
By the way - playlist handling in mysqueezebox.com software remote control hasn't improved (or I am stupid - still haven't figured out how to even get the thing to display the playlist? Ideas appreciated).
The only applicaiton I know that does this reasonably well (includeing the hardware remote) is iPeng (not exactly perfect either, but at least you an change the mode, reshuffle etc).
Anyway, let's hope that it stabilizes. I love it when it works - Squeezebox with Napster is just great. (now, if I figure out how to run the server off my Buffalo Linkstation Mini without bricking it, I'll be really happy...)
