I can see the files from the PC, I can open any file and play it without problems. It's just LMS that can't open the files for some reason. Any ideas?

Can you use the path "\\SYNOLOGY\Media\Music\Badlands - Badlands" in some other program on the computer to make sure it's the correct path ?

I fixed it and here's what I've learned:

If you have LMS set to "Automatically run at system start", it will NOT work if your music is on a network share that uses different credentials. You MUST have it set to "Automatically run at login". This might be some sort of bug but I ran across this solution on the net last night after hours of tedious searching.

I did a backup/restore as you mentioned above and it took only a few seconds even though the paths are now different. I have all my ratings back now!

hi,
i've just payed for spicefly license but plugin doesn't work. also license manging says spicefly is not licensed, i0ve also refreshed license managiing page. any suggestion?

Here's a new problem. I'm having a problem with MusicIP telling me a lot of the songs I have are "unanalyzable" and when I look at the log, I see lots of these: "Fingerprint failed (mis-execution)".

Any suggestions?

Send a PM or mail to cparker in case your issue haven't already been solved, I think he is managing the licenses manually so it could probably take a day or two after the payment until the license status is updated when you click on the refresh button in the License Manager settings page.

could you please help me with settings? if i play some artists like sigur ros, it plays always the same artists and songs even if i've a lot of bands that sound like them. i've the following settings:

how much Mix Style 180

How much Mix Variety 3

Mix by Song or Album album

Block Artist Repeating for x Tracks 1 (i would like it was blocked track it has been already played)

Block Album Repeating for x Tracks 1

Remember This Many Played Tracks 2

Block Tracks with Played Count Equal and Above 1

Block Tracks Rated x and Below 1

Block Tracks Played in last x days 1
