"403 maximum listeners" error on Radio Paradise

That's the message I've been getting lately when trying to connect to RP using my SB3. I've never seen any message like this before on ANY station.
It's intermittent, one day it works, other times I can't connect for hours. I use a wireless router (Actiontek 1424) to connect. What gives?? This is bizarre, there have to be thousands of listeners to RP at any one time.

403 is an error code, meaning "Forbidden Explained". So, what you are
getting is the error response code 403, with the explanation that "maximum
listeners" is the cause. The message is simply the response give from
Raido Paradise when trying to connect. You would probably have to contact
them to find out exactly what their maximum is, whether defined simply by
listener count per station, or overall bandwidth demand to given
    locations.

    Thanks for the explanation!
So basically RP was being "overtaxed", not my SB.
