I just stumbled across a couple of warnings in the server log:
[09-11-02 06:11:31.2644] Slim::Formats::readTags (278)
Invalid MusicBrainz tag found in file:///E:/mp3/iTunes%20Music/<...filename...>.mp3:
MUSICBRAINZ_ID -> http://www.cddb.com/id3/taginfo.html
However, there are no MusicBrainz tags in those files at all. The tag in question is apparently this:
ID3v2.2 Frame: UFI
Owner Identifier: http://www.cddb.com/id3/taginfo.html
Identifier: 3CD3M107Q100315123U388C728FC6870965D2B54584E7314BC AE2FP1
Obviously this is a CDDB tag, not a MusicBrainz tag. The files have been ripped and tagged with iTunes, and have not been touched with any other tagger.
Is there any way to get rid of the warnings, other than removing the UFI frames?

"Invalid MusicBrainz tag found" when there is none?

Good point, Picard writes UFID as the MBID, but obviously other things can use this field. I'll get rid of that warning I guess.

Thanks. This is not of high priority, but keeping the log file tidy helps spotting the real error messages.
As far as I understand the ID3v2 specs, several UFI/UFID frames with different owners can coexist in the same file, so you would just read the one of interest and ignore the others.
