It seems like on a daily basis my Duet remotes update their firmware. I have two. On the remote, “Music Source” and “Music Services” (i.e., Pandora, Slacker, Last.fm radio) are no longer listed. The only way to get a “Music Service” to show up is to login to SqueezeCenter and set the station as a favorite.
Yesterday, after the Firmware updated, the clock on both controllers is 4 hours slower than the clock on the WHS running SqueezeCenter. I checked both Duets and both are set correctly to Eastern Time zone. I have known of these issues on my iPod Touch running iPeng. The software and firmware versions I’m running are as follows:
Squeezebox Firmware: 60
Controller Firmware: 7.4.0-r7215
SqueezeCenter Status
Version: 7.4 - 25881 @ Thu Apr 9 02:09:30 PDT 2009
Hostname: hapc-server
Operating system: Windows Home Server - EN - cp1252
Platform Architecture: 586
Perl Version: 5.8.8 - MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
MySQL Version: 5.0.22-community-nt
Thanks in advance.

You are aware of that you are running the 7.4 beta the daily updates is it was expected, you should have bin on 7.3.3 or 7.3.3
But 7.4 will be released on Monday 28/9 and then it will becomme more stable .
Regarding music services during the last month(s) of the beta test you should have been conecting to.
http://www.test.squeezenetwork.com/
instead of
http://www.squeezenetwork.com/
And you are also running an old beta which probably don't match any of the sites properly.
You have probably runned in to the fact that lokal squeezecenter ( 28/9 squeezeboxserver ) and squeezenetwork must be equally up to date otherwise your player must change firmware everytime you change source .
To have a less funky and stable system with fewer updates don't run the beta software, next stable releases will be 7.4 followed by 7.4.1 for bugfixes .
Don't run 7.5 sometimes next week
