Hi
I am a total newbie and I apologise if this has already been covered!
I have a bit of a problem with my Duet.
I can't get albums to play in track order.
Random selection is fine and I can play an individual track OK, but however I seem to ask for an album to be played, the tracks come on randomly.
In case that's not clear, when I ask for an album to play I get all the tracks but randomly ordered and it's beginning to drive me nuts... perhaps not a long drive, but nevertheless...
I'm sure there is a simple way to get this to work, but as the Duet came without a real manual I am left trying random actions to get things to work.
So any suggestions will be very welcome, and thanks in advance!

Also, make sure your tracks are properly tagged, including track numbering. (I have no idea how unnumbered tracks are handled, probably alphabetical rather than random though.)

Thanks. HOw do I turn off "shuffle" on the controller?
I have no manual and for the life of me can't figure how to get to that line of signs across the bottom of the screen.
There is presumably something basic I need to do but without a map I am wandering in circles... ;-)
Thanks

From the Controller Home menu, select Settings > Shuffle. Then press the center button and it will cycle Song / Album / Off. The shuffle indicator on the bottom line of the SBC only shows the status of shuffle, just like it shows the status of the battery, wifi signal, play/pause, etc.

I discovered recently that an software upgrade to SC had defaulted the thing to "shuffle" - a setting I never, ever normally use...... Easy fix - but it took me quite a while to realize what was going on.
