    Squeezecenter and Buffalo NAS

Hi, I'm just about to buy the Logitech Duet system, and want to run all my music from the Buffalo Drivestation Network hard drive which is linked to my wireless router, to avoid my computer being on. Will this work, and do I need to install the squeezecenter software on the hard drive (and can it be done)? Thanks for your help

The Drivestation is a network-attached device but I don't think it is capable of running software. A computer will still be required to run SqueezeCenter.

Ahh, and I assume squeezecenter is required in order for the duet to play the music?

From your local music library, yes.
