I can not get settings to open in the Squeezecenter. IE8 opens a tab and then I get the wait icon forever (actually waited an hour). I'm using the latest versions 7.3.3 on a Duet system. The one wild card is that I'm currently running Win7 release candidate, but it did it in Vista also. I got so fed up with Vista that I went to Win7. Any suggestions?

If it's IE8, did you try the "Compatibility Mode" (or whatever its proper name is) button, next to the Addressbar?
Squeezebox Controller (fw r6038) + Squeezebox Receiver (fw 62) + 1TB fileserver, Windows XP SP3, running SqueezeCenter 7.3.4
Download SC 7.3.4 from here: http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.3

This may help.
You said IE8 and I know I had a problem in the past that I fixed by the following method.
Click: Start/ Control Panel/ add remove programs/ add remove windows components / UNCHECK the "Internt Explorer enhanced security configuration" check box.
This may or may not help, but I thought I would mention it.John Marshall
SqueezeCenter 7.3.4 running on a DIY PC, Windows 7 64 bit o.s., with Inguz Audio EQ/DRC. (1) Transporter, & (4) Booms connected through a Linksys WRT54gs router and Linksys WAP54g access point. Using an iPad with both SqueezePad & iPeng for controllers. Transporter => Rotel RC1070 preamp => Rotel RB1080 2 channel amp => Bowers & Wilkins 805 Speakers.
Headphone setup: Transporter => Woo Audio WA22 balanced headphone amp => Sennheiser HD800 headphones.

Thanks, guys but no joy. I have compatibility mode enabled but Win7 no longer uses the familiar add/remove programs window. I assume Logitech will support Win7 when officially released? I even did a search for IE enhanced security configuration with no results. The one thing I've found is that if I uninstall/re-install the squeezecenter, the settings work again, at least for awhile. I'll let you know when it dies again. I have the internal URL for settings in case the program decides to look elsewhere. Another thing that I noticed is that SC has not been updating new music nor play lists overnight. We'll see how long this works. Thanks for the help. I'm open to suggestions
