You're right to some extent, but I guess the 'just-user' community will
probably not describe to a mailing list. T
hey just want to use the product and will want to contact a helpdesk if
necessary.
As soon as they consider subscribing to a mailing list discussing advanced
features, they become a advanced user... :-)
